  • A health & wellness coach is a qualified healthcare and/or fitness professional who guides. educates, and motivates clients and encourages them to make healthy lifestyle changes,to not only achieve but also maintain and often exceed their goals
  • They bring a unique understanding of intertwined emotional, behavioral, physical, nutritional, exercise and lifestyle factors to clients to help them enhance well-being and support them as they strive to reach goals

  • Focus on enhancing preserving and maintaining health and preventing illness
  • Views clients holistically as whole beings who don't need repairing, but require support and assistance
